About the role: Reporting into the Business Support Manager, the Business Support Administrator will ensure delivery of comprehensive and flexible administrative support to the Key Assets QLD team. Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General administration such as data entry, responding to telephone calls, allocating messages to staff, photocopying, filing, and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail. Booking meeting rooms, taking minutes, booking travel and handling food and other refreshments. Input daily invoices, including staff expenses in MYOB and/or our Client Management System. Communicate with a variety of people, including foster carers, children and young people, and suppliers. Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to the work undertaken and ensure that all confidential material is stored or disposed of securely. Supporting the Managers and staff team with onboarding processes including set up of mobile phones, computers, Teams calling, conferencing, desktop equipment and issuing staff IDs and swipe cards A detailed outline of the core responsibilities and relevant qualifications/experience can be in located in the position description on our website by clicking the Apply button. About you: A suitable qualification in Administration, Computing, Business Administration or a similar field is essential. Prior experience in a similar role in a general office setting, with a good understanding of effective administrative systems and processes. Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with young people and adults at all levels. Competent with technology, electronic communications and Microsoft Office. Ability and willingness to travel, including occasional stays away where necessary.
