Working closely with the Team Leader, this role plays an important part in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be coordinating service bookings, scheduling orders, and managing invoicing, while also being the first point of contact for customers. With a focus on delivering excellent outcomes, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, providing outstanding customer service, and working in a supportive team environment. Tasks & Responsibilities Coordinate service bookings, work schedules, and repairs Provide efficient after-sales support and liaise with customers to resolve issues Manage inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and care Process purchase orders, invoices, and oversee return orders Work closely with service, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflows Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in manufacturing, building, construction, or retail industries Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail Confident and professional phone manner, with a passion for helping customers Proven track record in a busy office or service-focused environment Suitable for candidates from manufacturing, trades, service, sales, or administration backgrounds with good computer skills and a proactive approach If you’re looking for a stable, Monday–Friday role where you can use your organisational skills and customer service experience to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
