This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meaningful work, thrives in a team, and is motivated by helping others. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you. As a Scheduling Officer, you’ll be the friendly voice that connects our clients to the services they rely on. You’ll work as part of our dedicated age care team, responding to client calls, booking services, and coordinating with our internal teams to make sure everyone’s needs are met in a timely and respectful manner. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from clients and their families with warmth and professionalism Schedule services such as home support and personal care Coordinate bookings with support workers based on availability and client needs Update and maintain accurate records in our client management system Assist with general enquiries and provide information about our services Escalate issues as needed to ensure client safety and satisfaction ____ Who We’re Looking For: You might already have experience in a call center, scheduling, or aged/disability care—or you might be someone with strong communication and organizational skills looking to start a career in the community sector. Either way, we’ll provide training and ongoing support. We’re looking for someone who is: Excellent communicator with a friendly phone manner Empathetic, patient, and respectful towards clients of all backgrounds Excellent Organization with good attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new systems A team player with a genuine desire to help others Previous experience in aged care, disability support, administration or rostering is a bonus, but not essential. ____ Why Join MGCCI?
