About the roleWe are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM platforms, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering CRM solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:CRM Development & Customization:Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, workflows, and customizations based on business requirements.Customize CRM fields, views, workflows, reports, and dashboards.Extend CRM capabilities by developing custom plugins, APIs, and integrations. Integration & Data Management:Integrate CRM with other enterprise applications to create seamless workflows across systems.Implement and manage data migration and cleansing processes.Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM system. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:Monitor CRM system performance and implement optimization practices to enhance system efficiency.Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. User Support & Documentation:Provide user support and training on CRM functionalities and best practices.Document customizations, configurations, and processes for reference and user training. Collaboration & Project Management:Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements.Participate in project planning and ensure timely delivery of CRM updates and solutions. Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.Over 5 years of experience as a CRM Developer in preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.Impressive candidate profiles with other platform experiences such as Salesforce or Hubspot can also be considered. Required Skills:Proficiency in CRM development languages and tools (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL).Strong experience with CRM APIs, plugins, and workflows.Experience with data management and integration techniques, including ETL processes.Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Salesforce Process Builder).Good Knowledge of Agile methodologies.Relevant CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Microsoft Dynamics Certified Professional) is a plus.
