Job DescriptionRole- ServiceNow DeveloperThe ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and IT service management. This role involves customizing applications, creating workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs•Participate in requirement gathering, design reviews•Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs•Create and maintain technical documentation•Implement ITIL processes and best practices•Support go-live and hypercare phases•Provide knowledge transfer and training to team membersRequired Skills & Experience•Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and AngularJS•Experience with ServiceNow modules like I incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB•Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub•Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)•Experience with Service Portal and reporting/dashboard setup•Understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
