Work life balance, part-time and full-time opportunities available The opportunity: You are the face and voice of Sure Insurance and will be the primary point of contact for all Direct Debit and Payment issues for direct Clients, to retain business, including policy payment maintenance, and online assistance as well as the following: Reschedule payments Billing suspension Changing payment methods (email inbox) Updating CC details Ongoing date changes Checking if payments received (FZ and BPAY’s) About You: Insurance experience, preferably Home Insurance An eager approach to Excellence A go-getter attitude with the ability to build rapport with customers and key stakeholders. A team player who wants to learn and grow with the business. Results driven – able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Ability to work autonomously and achieve team results. Good level of verbal communication skills.
