About the Role As a Support Worker in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that empowers participants to live with independence, dignity, and joy. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting participants with daily living activities and personal care Promoting independence and community involvement Building strong, respectful relationships with participants and families Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding participant privacy Who We’re Looking For We value people with the right attitude above all.
