Your Duties; Actively manage customers' expectations of their servicing needs. Communicate with clients and workshop staff to manages customers expectations. Scheduling jobs according to daily workload and available hours. Basic vehicle knowledge will be advantageous. Thorough in-house training provided for the right candidate.
