This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator to take on a varied, hands-on role supporting one of the firm’s Partners while contributing to projects and process improvements across the business. The Role: In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting a Partner day-to-day, while also assisting with projects and business operations that help the firm grow and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive and administrative support to a Partner, including diary and inbox management Assist with preparation of engagement letters, proposals, billing documentation and client correspondence Manage invoicing, debtors and general finance administration tasks Coordinate client information and maintain data integrity within the CRM Take ownership of projects, including system improvements, process documentation and workflow optimisation Support onboarding for new team members Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service delivery About you: You are an experienced administrator or EA with a strong background in finance. You’re proactive, detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers. You thrive in a structured yet evolving environment and are motivated by being part of a business that values your ideas and initiative. You also have the ability and interest to take on projects that contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in administration or executive support within accounting/finance Strong understanding of financial documentation and compliance processes Experience using systems such as Xero and the ATO portal High attention to detail and accuracy in document management Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Interest in finance and business operations, with a willingness to take on projects and contribute to business growth Why This Role?
