About the Project This project is focused on implementing a new, unified ticketing system. The Business Analyst will act as the key link between business operations and technical delivery — ensuring stakeholder alignment, managing requirements, and supporting successful project outcomes. Skills & Experience Hands-on experience across end-to-end software deployment projects involving vendors and internal teams Exposure to retail or consumer operational environments Practical experience with SAP integrations and related systems Proven experience working within large-scale transformation environments Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear business language (and vice versa) Demonstrated experience in process optimisation and supporting testing/delivery transitions Active participation in business transformation or change management programs Proven contribution to technical delivery initiatives within enterprise environments Contract Details Initial Term: 6 months (starting early November, flexibility available) Potential Extension: Depending on project scope and performance Location: Hybrid – combination of on-site and remote work Keen to find out more?
