You'll oversee daily operations, VM execution, and stock control, while delivering a consultative and engaging shopping experience. What You'll Do: Lead, inspire, and develop your team to hit sales and service targets Maintain high visual merchandising standards and stock accuracy Build strong repeat business with a loyal and growing customer base Manage rosters, inventory, and day-to-day operations with precision Work a Tuesday to Saturday roster to drive results across key trade days Skills and Experience Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail ideal Confidence in team develiopment and driving performance and accountability A warm, professional communication style and strong presentation The ability to build trust with customers through genuine and personalised experiences Passion for premium product and brand Benefits to you Amazing above average salary on offer!
