We are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant to join our high–performing team based in Adelaide. The position is part-time (3 days/week). The role: As a Junior Administration Assistant at Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory, you will play a vital role in assisting with the daily operation of the business. This role will include: General administration tasks Assisting the Executive Assistant and Office Manager where required Supporting the Directors and other key stakeholders Facilitating staff and client events Draft meeting agendas, manage appointment distribution, and record minutes Provide high-quality customer service to external and internal customers Helping with recruitment and the onboarding of new staff Ordering supplies for office facilities such as stationery, office amenities, coffee and snacks, etc. Preparation and management of incoming and outgoing mail, along with couriers The ideal candidate will possess: A friendly and “can-do” attitude Great attention to detail Confident phone manner and email etiquette Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook *If successful, a National Police Check will be required.
