About the Role As the Scheduling Team Leader, you will oversee and coordinate staffing and rostering for Life Care’s clients. In this newly created role, you will lead a team of Scheduling Support Officers, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with compliance, quality, and organisational standards. This is a key role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and supporting others in a fast-paced environment.
