South Australian Housing Trust Job reference: 697178 Location: 5000 - ADELAIDE Job status: Short Term Contract Eligibility: Open to Everyone The Contract and Relationships Officer is responsible for the relationship and contract management, liaison, monitoring of performance and reporting on the delivery of contracts, projects and other commitments of Community Housing Providers (CHPs). Liaising and working with other South Australian Housing Trust divisions, Government and non-Government agencies and other key stakeholders, the role is responsible for undertaking complex projects and program management work, including policy development and implementation, inter-departmental and stakeholder negotiations to achieve improved outcomes within the Community Housing Sector. The role also supports the effective, efficient, and innovative delivery of social and affordable housing projects, maintenance deliverables and tenant outcomes under various programs and in line with the Trust’s Strategic Plan. Special Conditions Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed. Role Status Short term contract up to 21 August 2026. Requirements Desirable - Qualifications in management, business administration or paralegal discipline.
