About the role Based in a flagship womenswear store, you'll lead daily operations while supporting two additional locations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines driving sales and styling clients with building capability and performance across multiple sites. What you will do Lead sales, service, and styling in your home store Mentor and support two additional stores to achieve results Drive KPIs, stock flow, and visual merchandising standards Build strong, motivated teams focused on premium service What you will bring Past success in a premium fashion environment, A grade or multi-site ideal!
