About the Role As the front-line legend of our local offices, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running like clockwork. From supporting our high-performing sales teams to managing client experiences, your impact will be felt every single day. You’ll also collaborate with a top-tier crew of admins across the group. Think of it as a blend of logistics, creativity, and people—no two days will be the same. What You’ll Be Doing Be the backbone of our sales teams. Manage contracts, vendor reports, and the all-important admin flow. Work your magic on marketing materials (don’t worry—we’ve got templates). Take listings live and keep our digital presence sharp. Prepare Form 6s and contracts like a pro. Keep the wheels turning with smooth day-to-day operations. ♀️ Who You Are An admin pro with at least 12 months of experience - real estate experience preferred. Calm under pressure and laser-focused on detail (even with phones ringing). Tech-savvy with systems like Vault & NutrureCloud (or quick to learn). Friendly, confident, and always ready to help out the team. A superstar at managing competing priorities—and still smiling.
