About the Role:The Team Lead provides leadership and operational oversight to a regional client support team, ensuring tenancy and client services are delivered in line with legislation, policy, and best practice. This role focuses on sustainable tenancies through early intervention, integrated support coordination, and community engagement Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coach, and develop a team of three staff.Support the resolution of complex tenancy issues.Promote a positive, client-centred team culture.Build effective relationships with clients, support agencies, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with legislation, accreditation, and housing standards. About YouStrong people leadership and team management experience.Knowledge of tenancy or housing legislation and social/community services.Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and client-centred practice.Experienced with KPI's and coaching and supporting the teamCommitment to values of opportunity, respect, inclusivity, and accountability.
