About the Opportunity We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Kurrajong Employment Preparation Team in a full-time position . This role operates Monday to Friday, during business hours , providing a consistent and supportive work schedule. The Employment Preparation Support Worker will work as part of the Kurrajong First Contact Employment Preparation Team to support people with disability build real-world job skills, gain confidence, and take meaningful steps toward employment. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: The delivery of the Youth Employment courses and training Designated Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE) employees support Youth Employment Placement Support Sourcing Youth Employment Voluntary Work Placements Attending marketing EXPOs to promote Kurrajong programs Creating and supporting Youth Employment Goal and Action Plans Keep families informed of Goal progress Benefits of Working at Kurrajong Our goal is to be the best disability services provider - both for clients and our staff.
