What You Will Be Doing Reporting to the Overburden Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing confidential records, correspondence, and documentation Coordinating internal and external communications, including mail and courier services Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation Organising meetings, workshops, training sessions, and associated logistics Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements Supporting onboarding and induction of new employees Managing visitor arrivals and departures Monitoring cost centre budgets and expenditures Recording meeting minutes as required Assisting with project, research, and analytical tasks What You Will Need Minimum Cert III in Business Administration Mine site experience is essential – maintenance experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with SAP / SAP Fiori Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work with B2B systems and stakeholders What’s In It For You?
