What You'll Be Doing: Welcoming customers at reception with a positive and professional approach Answering phones and managing inquiries Scheduling machine services Invoicing and admin support to branch Assisting across sales, and parts departments as needed What We’re Looking For: A proactive attitude – no task too big or too small Eagerness to learn and grow within the role Strong communication and customer service skills Organisational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in admin or customer service is a bonus, but not essential – we are looking for someone who is keen to learn and build their career.
