You’ll play a central role in optimising how the business connects with its investor base, manages data, and delivers marketing automation. What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Pardot (or Marketing Cloud), and related integrations.Work directly with internal teams (marketing, investor relations, operations) to understand needs and turn them into practical solutions.Design, build, and manage workflows, automation, and data processes using Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and dashboards.Partner with marketing to support campaigns, lead journeys, segmentation, and performance reporting.Develop user-friendly reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making across the business.Champion adoption and provide training, support, and documentation for internal users.Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and compliance with business policies.Introduce scalable enhancements, including the integration of AI and other emerging Salesforce tools as the platform evolves. What You’ll BringProven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or CRM Specialist in a standalone or cross-functional role.Strong technical skills across Sales Cloud and either Pardot or Marketing Cloud.Confident in building Flows, process automation, reports, dashboards, and platform configuration.Experience working directly with internal business users—excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.Understanding of data integrity and governance best practices.Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.
