This role sits at the heart of an executive community, ensuring every interaction adds value and strengthens connection. You’ll be the trusted point of contact for Australia’s top business and technology leaders, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless events and uncover opportunities for growth. What you’ll do: Be the primary relationship manager for delegates across multiple executive events. Deliver personalised communications and preparation calls to maximise engagement. Support executives onsite, fostering meaningful connections and exceptional experiences. Partner with internal teams to surface commercial opportunities and track activity in Salesforce. Drive post-event engagement and contribute to the ongoing growth of the executive community. You’ll bring: Proven relationship management and communication skills with senior leaders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple events. Experience with Salesforce. A proactive, people-first mindset and passion for customer success.
