As part of this journey, we are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. Responsibilities Drive large-scale workforce transformation projects including organisation redesign, strategic workforce planning, employee value proposition and disability inclusive workforce strategy, and culture transformation. Oversee key workforce functions, including Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning & Analytics, Organisational Capability, Learning & Engagement, Employee Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, and People Systems. Shape and sustain a high-performing, safe, and inclusive workplace culture that empowers our employees to deliver on Scope's purpose. Contribute broadly to the Executive Leadership Team across elements such as strategy, service growth, finance and quality & safeguarding. Qualifications and profile If you are a strategic, values-driven, leader with executive experience in leading large, diverse teams with proven success in workforce transformation and culture change together with your excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence at Board and executive levels this could be your opportunity to make a real and lasting difference.
