Position Overview: As a Senior Architect, you will be a key member of our client's innovative team, working on projects that combine architectural excellence with a commitment to social, cultural, and environmental sustainability. You will bring your expertise as a registered architect and your experience in Class 2/Apartment projects to the table. Proficiency in Revit and a strong background in both design and project delivery will be essential to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine architectural concepts that align with project goals and objectives. Lead and contribute to the development of architectural design solutions for a variety of project types, with a particular focus on Class 2/Apartment projects. Produce high-quality Revit documentation and drawings for architectural projects. Manage and mentor junior architectural staff, ensuring design integrity and project success. Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices to bring innovative ideas to projects. Cultivate and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts. Participate in design presentations and effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule while meeting or exceeding client expectations. Qualifications: Registered Architect with 10 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery. Strong portfolio showcasing your architectural work, with a focus on Class 2/Apartment projects. Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior architectural staff. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. A passion for sustainable design and environmental architecture. Strong project management skills. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
