Project Architect Architectural practice specialising in education spaces, workplaces & community buildings Fun office environment Salary - $120-140,000 Super ABOUT THE COMPANY. This Architecture firm are specialists in education spaces, workplaces, and community buildings. They create spaces that are aligned with their client's vision or pedagogy. Their process begins with Master Planning as they plan out the environment and the practical elements of their client requirements to ensure the space is utilised effectively by learners, workers and the community. They partner with clients to understand their objectives, their current requirements, and the growth potential of the physical environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. Work in an established Architectural team to deliver projects in the education, workplace, and community space Design through to delivery, execute the design process so that the design intent can be achieved, and client expectations are exceeded Hit the ground running and work independently and collaboratively Lead and contribute through all project stages on multiple projects Client and coordination management, manage relationships with clients and consultants and ensure alignment between client and project team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Passion for design and architecture Experience running non government education projects over $30m Relevant degree in Architecture Registered Architect preferred Working knowledge of Revit Strong knowledge of the design through to delivery processes Excellent contract management skills, including a proactive approach to problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail Good working knowledge of BCA, other relevant Australian Standards, and Council codes HOW TO APPLY.
