They offer a PhD-level understanding of environments, productivity and self-identity and can facilitate a whole range of strategy projects - from master planning, to education strategy, workplace strategy, or design strategy. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. Work in an established team to deliver projects in residential apartments Design of apartments and apartment layouts and planning Hit the ground running and work independently and collaboratively Lead and contribute through all project stages on multiple projects Client and coordination management, manage relationships with clients and consultants and ensure alignment between client and project team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Passion for design and architecture Relevant degree in Architecture Working knowledge of Revit Design experience essential across the multi-residential sector Excellent contract management skills, including a proactive approach to problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail Good working knowledge of BCA, other relevant Australian Standards, and Council codes Class 2/apartments experience essential Registered Architect preferred HOW TO APPLY.
