Thiess is seeking Production Mining Operators - Truck, Multi Skilled and Excavator operators to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Caval Ridge Project in Moranbah, QLD. This role offers a lifestyle 7/7 Day Night rotating roster, with 12.5-hour shifts. We're currently seeking DIDO and BIBO applicants only for this position. As part of the Thiess team, you'll play a crucial role in: Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximize productivity. Adhering to Thiess’ safety standards and operational procedures. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders or Excavators in a coal mining environment Current and valid SSE signed verified machinery skills list (training transcripts), LMS documents Current Standard 11 – Statement of Attainment Current Driver’s Licence A commitment to a positive safety culture What We Offer You Brand new EA for 2025 - Guaranteed pay rises (4% per year for the next 3 years!)
