The Role As General Manager, you’ll lead the management team across manufacturing, sales, finance, quality, HR, and product development. Your role will be to deliver the business strategy, ensure profitability, and foster a high-performance culture. To succeed, you will bring: Proven leadership experience, managing teams and driving performance. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financials and manufacturing numbers. Experience in manufacturing is essential Packaging experience is a bonus. Exposure to LEAN / Six Sigma / 5S or other modern manufacturing methodologies.
