Architectural Package Lead About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Package Lead to join our Melbourne studio. This role is ideal for a Registered Architect with substantial experience delivering complex, large-scale public infrastructure projects. As a Package Lead at Populous, you’ll play a key role in the design, documentation, and delivery of landmark civic and entertainment projects that define communities across Victoria and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, guiding the technical and design outcomes of your project package while contributing to a vibrant and connected studio culture. You’ll bring both technical and creative thinking to ensure that design integrity is maintained through every stage. In this role, you will: Lead and coordinate design, documentation, and delivery of your project package Provide guidance and technical input to internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders Apply expertise in BIM and Revit to manage and deliver high-quality documentation Contribute to design reviews and presentations for clients and stakeholders Ensure design intent, sustainability objectives, and technical standards are met, with preferred knowledge of the Green Guide Collaborate closely with colleagues to build and maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive studio culture What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who combines technical excellence with strong collaboration and communication skills.
