Based on a combination of new large scale project commitments, and the growth of their team this year, they are keen to appoint an experienced Project Architect who is capable of leading large-scale developments $150M and upwards. Your leadership capabilities will be a critical aspect of this role, as you will be relied on for team management through delivery stages, along with your proven ability in taking projects of this scale through to practical completion. Ideally you will have recent exposure to quality apartment projects or larger scale mixed use projects, varying in nature, and ideally exposure to ArchiCAD, however they are willing to retrain from other software packages. Key Skills and Experience : Qualification in Master of Architecture ARBV Registered ArchiCAD proficient (or willing to retrain) 10 years of experience running mid to large projects $20M Strong technical knowledge and detailed drawing ability Demonstrated ability to produce high quality documentation Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Outstanding communications skills, able to train/educate the team Enjoys problem solving and formulating solutions Thoroughness in quality control Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Patient, approachable and all-round team player Solid coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy putting things together, this could be the perfect opportunity to add your flair to a variety of projects.
