About the Company A leading FMCG business with a strong reputation for delivering commercial results, operational efficiency, and outstanding workplace culture About the Role This ia 6 month contract role for an experienced and qualified Senior Financial Professional. You will oversee PL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement completion in line with Accounting Standards and robust internal controls. Reporting to the GM Finance, this leadership position ensures timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance while driving working capital management and strategic corporate projects. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end financial close, statutory reporting, and compliance (PL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management. Optimise financial processes, data governance, and internal controls (ERP SME). Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management and external stakeholders. Develop, coach, and manage a team of two (Financial Accountant & Bookkeeper). Champion company-wide priority projects, including funding for growth initiatives. Candidate Profile Degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualified. FMCG or similar corporate finance background essential. Demonstrated expertise in month-end close, statutory financial reporting, and data analytics. Strong people management experience with stakeholder engagement and influence skills. Advanced Excel, ERP, BI tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Must be availalbe to start immediately.
