About the role Provide high level, confidential and professional support services to the Office of the Chief Allied Health Practitioner. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Organise, coordinate and manage secretarial and administrative aspects of the Office of the Chief Allied Health Practitioner (CAHP) in a professional manner whilst remaining flexible in responding to the changing needs of the office. Provide high level diary management and administration support to the Deputy Chief Allied Health Practitioner. Assist with meeting and event organisation hosted by the Office of the CAHP including travel management, room and equipment bookings and catering. Provide high-level secretarial support to a diverse range of committees including agenda preparation, minuting meetings, updating terms of reference, carrying out designated actions and following up outcomes. Monitor and respond from generic email accounts to ensure flow of communication for all aspects of the department/s business. Capacity to work both autonomously and as a member of a team with the ability to cope in a high pressure and demanding environments to coordinate, prioritise and complete several different assignments of a complex nature within competing timeframes. Effectively manage the Office of the CAHP financial and human resource paperwork and provide advice on these matters, or redirect enquiries to the appropriate area.
