We’re looking for an organised and proactive Coordinator / Estimator to join our team in Banyo. This is a key position that acts as the link between our branch, suppliers, and commercial customers – ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll take ownership of the coordination process: managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, scheduling deliveries, and supporting customers with great communication and attention to detail. Your responsibilities: Coordinate jobs and deliveries between the branch, suppliers, and customers. Process purchase orders, convert quotes to sales, and manage supplier communication. Schedule and track product deliveries to meet customer deadlines. Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch. Provide professional customer service to key commercial clients. What you’ll need to succeed: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - you thrive on keeping things running smoothly. Experience in coordination, estimating, or project support within the trade, construction, or building supplies industries preferred. Confident communicator who enjoys working with both customers and internal teams. Analytical thinker with solid administrative and system skills.
