At our operations depot, we are now looking for an experienced transport and crew Scheduler to work with the Sydney team based at Yennora. The operations area of the branch is a fast paced environment, reporting to the Operations Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large organisation that will support you to achieve a long-term career. As an Operational support to the Operations Manager, some of what you will be doing: Scheduling of all employees/vehicles for local, interstate, & international removals Careful daily planning/resourcing of crew onto booked removals/jobs Mentoring of crew Briefing/Debriefing of crew Induction/onboarding management Monthly operational reporting requirements Contractor invoicing management Fleet maintenance/management Onsite OHS requirements About you: You will have experience in; Scheduling crews within Road Transport or related environments Managing a frontline operational team, preferably within Removals Ability to build and develop long term business relationships Well developed computer skills using MS suite Proven history of commitment to provide exceptional customer service You may not fit the requirements 100% but that's ok, we focus on training and development.
