The Role: As Branch Manager , you will be responsible for the overall performance, safety, and leadership of the Altona branch. This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, manage resources, and lead a large and diverse team to meet performance and financial targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team across transport and warehouse functions. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards. Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver superior customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Manage budgets, reporting, and KPI tracking for the branch. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and performance. About You: Proven experience in a leadership role within transport, logistics, or supply chain. Strong understanding of palletised freight operations is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership, people management, and communication skills. Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
