About the Role As Development Manager, you’ll lead projects through the full lifecycle — from acquisition and feasibility to design, approvals, delivery, and handover. You’ll shape strategy, drive commercial outcomes, and manage key relationships in a dynamic and supportive environment . Key Responsibilities: Own the strategic direction and financial performance of your projects. Lead planning, design, and delivery to ensure alignment with commercial objectives. Prepare and maintain feasibility studies, forecasts, and risk assessments. Challenge design assumptions to optimise buildability and quality. Manage consultants, contractors, councils, and stakeholders. Report project status and performance to senior leadership. Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development. About You We’re looking for a driven and capable property professional with a strong foundation in built form development and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in development management, ideally across multiple asset classes. Proven ability to take full commercial ownership of projects. Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused. Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, or a related field.
