THE ROLE Manage a local portfolio of 160 properties with full support. Build strong landlord & tenant relationships with a focus on service excellence. Handle all aspects of property management including: Lease renewals & rent reviews Routine, outgoing & ingoing inspections NCAT attendance (when required) Issuing breach notices & ensuring compliance Work closely with a tight-knit, experienced team who genuinely back each other. THE PERSON 3 years’ experience in Property Management (Senior PMs welcome). Holds a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
