About the Role If you're a commercially minded lawyer with 3 years post admission experience and looking to step into a role where your input is valued and your development is a priority, this is an exceptional opportunity. You’ll work directly with clients across a broad range of industries, delivering practical and strategic legal advice on complex commercial and corporate matters. What You’ll Be Working On A dynamic mix of corporate and commercial work, including: Commercial M&A transactions and deal structuring Shareholder and equity holder agreements General commercial contracts and advice Finance and security documentation Business and investment structuring Corporate Corporations Act and corporate governance advice Director/shareholder matters, capital management, and securities offerings Financial Services Licensing and disclosure obligations Employee Incentive Schemes (including tax-aware structuring of share and option plans) Supporting documentation such as Term Sheets, NDAs, Employment Agreements, Novation and Assignment Deeds You’ll work with a diverse client base including startups, established private companies, high growth ventures, and sophisticated investors – giving you exposure to both day-to-day advisory work and high value transactions.
