Provide leadership to the Department of Emergency Medicine at RDH, report to the Director, Division of Emergency Medicine and support the Divisions Medical and Nursing Directors with implementation of clinical and organisational priorities, in order to provide safe, timely, efficient, effective, equitable and person-centred clinical services.
