Job Description The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading department heads, and driving excellence in service, team engagement, and commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that spans accommodation, dining, and guest services in a highly seasonal, experiential environment. Lead and mentor department managers across housekeeping, F&B, and front office Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints Manage operational budgets, rosters, and resources in line with business demands Support annual business planning and continuous improvement projects Act as General Manager in their absence and represent the property in key forums Candidate Profile You are a dynamic and guest-focused hospitality leader with experience across accommodation and food and beverage operations. You bring energy, structure, and positivity to your team and are ready to live and lead in a truly unique part of Australia.
