You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth while also supporting the administration team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service for our clients. What you’ll do: Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on B2B accounts. Proactively generate new business through cold calling and following up warm leads. Support the admin team with order processing and handling customer service enquiries. Collaborate with business development and marketing to help convert leads and launch new products. Tailor corporate gifting solutions to meet client needs. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and report on key growth metrics. What we’re looking for: Comfortable with cold calling and confident in building rapport. Experience in B2B sales, account management, or relationship-based roles (ideal but not essential). Strong communication skills via phone, email, and video. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups. Positive, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
