We work closely with clients and quality trades to deliver bespoke results with precision, reliability and a spotless finish—on time, every time. 2) The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our site team across custom residential new builds and renovations (slab to handover / strip-out to final). You’ll own accurate set-outs, framing, detailed fix-out and final finishing. 3) Key Duties Read and interpret plans; set out and prepare sites for new builds and renovations Construct frames, roofs, cladding, decks, stairs, doors/windows and internal fix-out Renovation scopes: structural alterations, wall removals, fit-offs, remedial works Install cabinetry, trims, skirting/architraves; ensure square, plumb and level finishes Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors and inspectors to meet program milestones Maintain WHS, quality assurance and site housekeeping standards daily 4) What We’re Looking For Strong workmanship, attention to detail and ownership of quality outcomes Reliable teamwork and clear communication with supervisors, clients and trades Problem-solving mindset; able to maintain standards under time pressures 5) Skills Precise measurement, levelling and set-out Competence across framing, cladding and detailed fix-out for builds and renos Safe operation of hand/power tools and temporary works (ladders/scaffolding) 6) Qualifications & experience Trade qualification in Carpentry (or equivalent) or substantial relevant experience 3 years’ post-apprenticeship experience across new builds and renovations preferred White Card; current driver’s licence Familiarity with Australian residential codes/standards and WHS practices 7) Notes To be considered for the role applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights.
