In this role, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team of allied health professionals and support staff, ensuring services are efficient, evidence-based, and aligned with aged care standards. You will play a key role in clinical governance, contribute to service development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance outcomes for clients and their families. You will also help strengthen Indigo’s reputation as a trusted provider of aged care services within the community by fostering collaboration, supporting staff development, and maintaining high-quality, person-centred care. The right candidate will have: Leadership experience within aged care, allied health, or community services. Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and service delivery outcomes. A sound understanding of aged care standards and evidence-based practice. Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Degree qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy) with AHPRA registration.
