The Health Executive Service Business Partner Delivers the full provision of end-to-end talent acquisition and human resource management across NSW Health, including implementation of best practice policies, programs, projects, service delivery and advice to support the achievement of NSW Health objectives in relation to the Senior Executive workforce. Delivers employee life-cycle processes, including effective talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding and provide expert business partnering advice and consultation to internal and external stakeholders. What you'll be doing Deliver end to end talent acquisition and human resource services in accordance with best practice methodologies, legislative and Public Service Commission guidelines to deliver contemporary employment initiatives and solutions supporting the development of a high performing and sustainable workforce Build and maintain positive and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across NSW Health and provide business partnering excellence in the delivery of talent acquisition and human resource management processes for Senior Executives Collaborate with, coach and develop stakeholders on best practice approaches to talent resourcing and employment services. Prepare high quality written advice in the form of reports, briefs, policy, discussion papers or information bulletins to inform, respond to requests, or initiate consideration of new policy initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce practices, processes and service level standards by working collaboratively with People, Performance and Culture teams on a wide range of workforce management, mobility and projects About you We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: Experience in interpretation and application of workplace legislation and regulations and/or capacity to accurately interpret, apply and provide advice in relation to workplace legislation, conditions of employment and policy arrangements. Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resource management or sound relevant experience. The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development. The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment.
