Position Overview: As a Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supervising a team of 5-6 individuals, ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Tasks & Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of 5-6 assembly workers Ensure all assembly processes are carried out efficiently and to the highest quality standards Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Monitor work schedules and ensure on-time completion of tasks Maintain a safe and organised work environment Collaborate with production manager to optimise assembly processes Identify and report any quality or safety issues Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and improvements Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in assembly or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality Safety-conscious with a proactive approach to workplace safety Prior supervisory experience is a plus If you are a motivated individual who can lead a team, drive productivity, and deliver quality results, we want to hear from you.
