The position requirements include, but are not limited to: Operation of high-speed food production and packaging machinery Routine quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and reporting faults Accurately completing production documentation and adhering to safety procedures Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following: Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail A proactive and reliable work ethic with a safety-first mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Sound communication skills and a willingness to learn On Offer: 7 shifts per fortnight with rostered weekends paid at penalty rates Day shift hours: 6.00 am - 6.00pm Night shift hours: 6.00pm - 6.00am Up to $40 per hour super O/T annual bonus Access to annual bonus scheme to reward contribution Osteotherapy, health and well-being support Ongoing training and support for career development We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
