Kerman Contracting is seeking experienced Site Managers to deliver Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects for a Tier 1 client . This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster , offering a fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension. As a Site Manager, you will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of NPI projects. You will lead the on-site team, work closely with the client, and maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and performance across the project lifecycle. You will be personable and responsible for maintaining a positive team environment on site. The position will also oversee and manage the on-site team, including all on-site activities' functions and disciplines Ensuring project completion following safety, environmental, time, quality, cost, and HR measures Overseeing construction program, including compiling subcontracts, supply agreements, and purchase orders Managing on-site construction works and coordinate with all site project staff and sub-contractors Ensuring project quality and safety standards meet OHS&E company requirements Performing short-term programming, prepare method statement compilation and produce weekly and monthly project reports Providing risk assessments for construction activities and facilitate JHA’s and Field Leaderships Providing leadership and direction on WHSE matters at the project pre-start, toolbox and Client meetings Work closely with the Project Manager and WHSE Manager (HO) on project-related health and safety issues and provide them with statistical reports at agreed intervals About you: To be successful for the Site Manager role you will have: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent industry 5 years’ experience in the construction industry in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of full life cycle project deliverables Superior people management and interpersonal communications skills.
