Based in the Perth CBD, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a Senior Residential Scheduler to work on premium bespoke builds while enjoying long-term stability, professional development, and a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, update, and maintain accurate construction schedules from start to finish. Coordinate with supervisors, trades, and procurement teams to align project timelines. Track milestones, critical paths, and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent delays. Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and systems. About You Proven scheduling experience in residential construction (luxury, bespoke, or complex builds highly regarded). Strong understanding of sequencing for double and triple-storey projects. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
