About the Role As we continue to deliver key projects across Australia, we’re looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our Perth-based Head Office team. In this full-time, permanent role reporting to the COO, you’ll lead project planning and controls across some of our most ambitious renewable and infrastructure projects. You’ll also work closely with both the Pre-Contracts and Operations teams, driving accuracy, consistency, and collaboration from tender through to delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Take ownership of schedule risk analysis, becoming the go-to subject matter expert for planning excellence. Develop and manage detailed tender programs in Primavera P6 , ensuring alignment with scope, client expectations, and project objectives. Collaborate with project teams to optimise programs — covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Identify opportunities to streamline delivery, boost labour efficiency, and reduce environmental impacts. Maintain regular communication with site teams, providing updates on progress, milestones, and potential delays. Prepare and present look-ahead schedules that keep construction operations running smoothly. About You Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering. 8 years’ experience in a similar role specialising in detailed planning and construction logic. Proven background in renewable energy projects (large-scale PV highly regarded). Solid on-site construction experience across planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting. Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Strong understanding of project controls, critical path methods, and Earned Value principles. Additional project management or controls certifications will be highly regarded.
