The Opportunity Reporting into senior consulting leadership, you will take ownership of delivery, communication and technical engagement across a portfolio of clients. You will work alongside the relationship lead, ensuring projects progress with momentum and that clients feel informed, supported and confident in the direction of travel. The role blends solution shaping, stakeholder engagement and structured project management. It is hands on enough to stay close to the work, and senior enough to influence how it is approached. Key Responsibilities Own day to day delivery across performance, analytics and marketing technology projects Act as the primary technical point of contact during active engagements Lead WIPs, maintain structured documentation and manage delivery cadence Diagnose challenges and engage the appropriate internal specialists to resolve them Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable plans for clients Shape forward looking updates and quarterly priorities aligned to client goals Prepare client facing presentations and value based progress updates You are confident responding in real time where possible, rather than acting purely as a conduit to others This role is for you if You want to move beyond pure execution into a consulting role with real delivery ownership You thrive working with subject matter experts and contributing your own perspective You want influence without layers and the space to shape how work is delivered This role may not suit you if You prefer to operate solely as an account manager without technical involvement You are seeking to stay specialised in a single channel You are most comfortable in highly structured, process heavy environments About You 5 years in performance media, programmatic, analytics or related technical digital roles Strong grasp of how platforms and data connect across the marketing technology environment Capable of discussing delivery challenges with confidence, not just managing escalations.
